New orders for EDF EN wind farms in France
DTBird® will install eight additional systems at EDF EN wind farms in France during the coming months, further expanding the deployment of DTBird technology in the French wind energy sector.
The new orders reflect the continued adoption of automated bird monitoring and collision risk reduction solutions by leading wind farm operators.
Additional DTBird installations for EDF EN
The eight new DTBird units will be installed at EDF EN wind farms across France and will incorporate the latest technological improvements available at the time.
The systems have been designed to support biodiversity protection while helping wind farm operators maintain efficient renewable energy generation.
Enhanced system capabilities
The new installations will include upgraded features according to the DTBird System Specifications published in January 2016.
These improvements provide enhanced bird detection performance, improved monitoring capabilities and greater operational efficiency for wind farm applications.
Growing presence in France
France has been one of the key markets for DTBird technology, with multiple installations supporting environmental monitoring and wildlife protection at wind farms.
The continued collaboration with EDF EN (EDF Energies Nouvelles), now known as EDF Power Solutions, demonstrates the growing confidence in DTBird solutions for bird monitoring and collision risk reduction.
