DTBird at Conference on Wind Energy and Wildlife Impacts (CWW) 2017

DTBird and DTBat participated in the Conference on Wind Energy and Wildlife Impacts (CWW) 2017, one of the leading international events focused on wind energy and wildlife protection.

The conference took place from September 6 to 8, 2017, in Estoril, Portugal, bringing together experts, researchers, wind farm operators and technology companies specialized in biodiversity and renewable energy.

International conference on wind energy and wildlife

CWW 2017 addressed different topics related to the impact of wind farms on birds and bats, as well as new environmental monitoring and mitigation technologies.

During the event, attendees had the opportunity to experience first hand how DTBird® and DTBat® systems work in wind energy projects.

Biodiversity monitoring and protection solutions

DTBird and DTBat presented their technologies for bird and bat detection and collision risk reduction at wind farms.

These solutions help wind farm operators and developers improve environmental monitoring strategies and support compliance with wildlife-related environmental requirements.
