DTBird software upgrade released
DTBird has released a new wind farm monitoring software upgrade for both new and existing units.
The upgrade introduces new real-time data processing, thermal image analysis and automatic control improvements designed to enhance system performance and environmental monitoring capabilities.
Real-time wind farm monitoring software improvements
The updated software now enables real-time flight uploads to the DTBird Data Analysis Platform (DAP).
Flight videos, sound recordings and operational data can now be uploaded seconds after the end of each event, depending on internet bandwidth conditions.
This functionality improves monitoring efficiency and accelerates access to environmental and operational information.
Thermal image analysis for DTBird Night Detection models
The software upgrade also introduces new thermal image analysis functionality for DTBird Night Detection systems.
These improvements strengthen night-time environmental monitoring capabilities and support bird activity analysis under low-visibility conditions.
Improved automatic control and data processing
The DTBirdV8 model software has also been updated to support simultaneous recording from 8 cameras while uploading information to the DAP in real time.
In addition, DTBird has improved its Automatic Control System with new automatic failure-correcting protocols designed to increase operational reliability.
