Moreover, the new facilities now cover more than 600 m², providing space for research, manufacturing, and quality-control workflows. The team has also grown to over 20 specialised technicians, all contributing to system development, assembly, testing, and technical support for more than 100 DTBird and DTBat operational units currently installed around the world.
Increased production capacity for global projects
The expansion of DTBird new offices and assembling facilities will significantly increase production capabilities. With the new space and additional staff, DTBird expects to install over 100 new units in the next six months across several regions, including:
- Austria

This increase in production capacity responds to growing interest from wind-energy developers seeking reliable wildlife-monitoring systems and transparent environmental data.
Improved workflow and technical support
The new assembling facilities include dedicated zones for:
- Electronics integration
- Visual and acoustic hardware testing
- System calibration
- Packaging and logistics
- Customer technical support operations
These improvements ensure consistent manufacturing quality and reduce delivery times for upcoming national and international projects.
