DTBird donates a Gas Filtration Cabin to GREFA!
DTBird donates a Gas Filtration Cabin to GREFA, a well-known Spanish wildlife recovery center located on the outskirts of Madrid. GREFA works on the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of injured wildlife, and it plays an important role in biodiversity conservation throughout Spain.
This week, DTBird delivered a second-hand Gas Filtration Cabin that was no longer needed by the company. The decision followed a recent technical visit to GREFA’s facilities earlier this month. During that visit, the team identified that the equipment could be given a second life in GREFA’s necropsy area, where it will help handle carcasses with suspected infectious diseases.
Moreover, reusing this equipment supports the local circular economy by extending the lifespan of valuable laboratory devices. It also reduces waste and allows organisations to share resources that continue to provide technical value.
