New Manufacturing Facilities and Company Areas
In recent months, DTBird has strengthened and reorganized its internal structure to support the growth of its projects worldwide. Several selection processes were opened, and new employees joined the company. As a result, the Human Resources, Legal, Research, Cybersecurity, Engineering, and Manufacturing areas of DTBird and DTBat have expanded their capacity. This process is part of the long-term strategy to ensure stable operations and improve response times.
Increase in technical staff
Currently, there are more than 50 technicians working behind the scenes in the different company areas. Their work covers system assembly, field support, software development, electronics, quality control, and data processing. Thanks to this increase in personnel, DTBird can support a larger number of simultaneous projects and offer more specialized technical assistance. In addition, the expanded teams help improve coordination with wind farm operators.
Expansion of DTBird manufacturing facilities 2021
The manufacturing facilities and offices have been expanded to accommodate new technicians and updated workflows. The new areas include additional space for material stockage, tools, testing procedures, and repair activities. These improvements ensure better production capacity and help reduce bottlenecks during periods of high demand. Moreover, the upgraded workspace enhances safety conditions and simplifies the management of spare parts and system components.
Improved coordination across company areas
Alongside the physical expansion, DTBird revised its organizational chart to improve coordination between Production, R&D, Services, and the Sales department. This update supports faster decision-making and strengthens the link between engineering teams and field operations. Thanks to these changes, DTBird manufacturing facilities in 2021 are better prepared to respond to the increasing number of installations in onshore and offshore wind farms.
